During my time in the industry, what I needed more than anything else, was a coach and a mentor. Someone who had been there, could understand what I was going through, and help me outline and evaluate my options and next steps. 

 

Some weeks I just needed someone to listen to me vent, sometimes I needed someone who knew how to fix it, sometimes I needed someone to remind me that I already knew how to fix it.

 

That’s why I want to be your coach, help you on your journey, and help you write your map. There are a million consultants in the industry, and even more vendors who have all the answers to your problems. I believe you already know many of the answers, and are capable of working it out when given the time, space, and support to work through each issue. 

 

Working with me is pretty straightforward:  In our first session we will discuss your current operations, your strategic plan, and set SMART goals that I will keep you on track to achieve.

 

Each call we will check on your progress against your defined goals, discuss obstacles and successes, strategize on next steps, and consider how you feel about where you are. A little bit therapy, a little bit cannabis mastermind, plus I have a GREAT Rolodex.
